Terms of service

Deepmark saves the links you bookmark, indexes what is inside them, and lets you search that library in natural language. Availability of any particular source depends on that source: sites change, block automated access, or put content behind a login, and when that happens an item may index partially or not at all.

You need an account, a valid email address, and to be at least 16. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person.

You keep all rights to what you save. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to fetch, store, process and index that content, and to pass it to the providers listed in our privacy policy. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for having the right to save what you save, and for using saved material within the law that applies to you. Deepmark is for building a personal, private library — not for republishing or redistributing other people's work.

Do not use Deepmark to:

• Store or distribute illegal material, including material that sexualises minors.
• Break into, overload, or probe our systems or anyone else’s.
• Resell the service, or run it as a bulk scraping or archiving backend for someone else.
• Circumvent access controls on third-party sites, or use the service in a way that breaches those sites’ terms.
• Automate account creation, or share one account across a team or organisation.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and we will tell you why when we can.

Indexing costs real money per item, so there is a limit on how much one account can push through the pipeline per day. If you go past it, nothing is lost or rejected: further saves queue and index automatically as your allowance frees up. The limit is set well above normal personal use, and we will raise it rather than surprise you.

We may contact you if an account's usage looks automated or is clearly serving more than one person.

Deepmark is a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Polar, who act as merchant of record; their terms cover the transaction itself, and your payment details never reach us.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Cancel any time from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We can change prices with notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds are handled case by case — email support@usedeepmark.com and tell us what happened. Nothing here removes any statutory cancellation or refund right you have where you live.

We aim to keep Deepmark running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Indexing is asynchronous and can be delayed by third-party outages. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will give notice and a way to export your library.

You can stop using Deepmark and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop operating the service. On termination your content is deleted per the privacy policy.

Deepmark is provided "as is". Indexing is done by automated systems including AI models: summaries, tags, transcripts and descriptions can be wrong or incomplete, and search may not surface everything relevant. Do not rely on Deepmark as your only copy of anything — keep your original bookmarks.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes and we will email you about anything material. Continuing to use Deepmark after that means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Deepmark is an independent product, operated from India. Questions: support@usedeepmark.com.
